1.Students should come to school at least 5 minutes before the bell rings for assembly Latecomers are not allowed to enter the Assembly Hall.They have to wait outside.
2.Any sort of damage to school property by the children is required to be made good by the parents.
3.Every student is required to contribute towards the high standard of the school discipline by his/her good manners and conduct.
4.Students are not allowed to bring with them money mobiles costly articles or any item of jewellery.The school authorities will not be held responsible for its loss.
5.Parents are requested to develop in their wards the habit of proper cleaning of teeth, and combing/trimming of their hair daily and nails cutting regularly.
6.The school uniform is to be worn on all school days.A student who is slovenly dressed may be sent back home or liable to be punished.
7.Anyone who brings lunch for the students is not allowed to enter theinto classroom.Forthis purpose attaching a slip to the lunch box showing the name of the student and class is desirable.
8.The school does not accept any responsibility for accidents or loss or property etc.although proper measures are taken to prevent such events.
9.Students who come to the school under the care of a servant should never leave The School before arrival of the servant. In case of any delay, they s hould report the matter to the school office and wait till further instructions.
10.Those who go home alone should not move here and there on due road but be prompt in returning home safely. Students are warned not to buy anything especially eatables from street vendors.
11.Students are not permitted to leave for home before school is over, with out a written letter from their parents/guardian.
12.Leave for half day should be avoided as far as possible. for security reasons. In emergency written permission must be taken from the Principal/Director and class teacher and the conveyance in - charge should be informed well in advance.
13.Students are required to take leave of absence before absenting themselves from school. In case of a sudden illness or unforeseen emergency the request for leave should reach the school at the earliest possible time.
14.Absence from school without adequate reason is regarded as a breach of discipline.
15.Parents are requested to co-operate with the school authority in its attempt to help their children progress by paying attention towards their regularity, punctuality and discipline and by talking interest in their children's study work. They should check the diary every day. The home work set out and any other instructions given are contained in the diary. They are advised to check the bags of their wards to see if there is any notice, invitation etc. issued.
16.Parent's attention is drawn to the fact that the criticism of teacher or the School should not be done in the presence of a child.
17.Parents should not miss Parent-Teacher meetings organized by the school from time to time.
18.Students must have identity cards issued to them by the Academy with them, when they come to school. For primary classes,parents can pin the same to their uniform with a safety pin.
